My research interests include wireless communications, analog circuit design, and sensor systems.  I am currently working on the development of a electronic sensor system for measurement of river water levels.  The system will be an improvement on existing mechanical river gauges in terms of cost, maintainabilty, and ease of installation.  Data obtained with this system will be use for accurate real-time flood forecasting contributing to the Iowa Flood Center’s vision.
